Privacy notice
Last updated: 2 November 2026
This notice covers our holding page at www.presspunk.co.uk. presspunk isn't open yet, so we collect very little.
Who we are
presspunk is run by a sole trader, who is responsible for your personal data here. You can reach us at [email protected].
What we collect
- Emails you send us: your email address and whatever you choose to write.
- Server logs: when you visit, our web server automatically records your IP address, browser details, the pages you ask for and the time.
This site has no sign-up form and uses no cookies, analytics or tracking.
Why we use it
We use your email to reply to you, and server logs to keep the site secure and working. Our lawful basis for both is our legitimate interest in doing those things.
How long we keep it
We keep emails for as long as we need to deal with your question, then delete them. Server logs are deleted routinely once they're no longer needed for security and fault-finding.
Who sees it
The web developer who runs our server and mailbox handles this data on our behalf. We don't sell it or use it for marketing, and we only share it with anyone else if the law requires us to.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your personal data, and ask us to correct or delete it. You can also ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our using it. To do any of these, email us.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Changes
When presspunk opens, we'll update this notice before we collect anything else.
